We do not remove hazardous or prohibited materials, including but not limited to:

• Chemicals, paints, solvents

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Medical or biohazard waste

• Explosives or flammable materials

If prohibited items are discovered, service may be refused or adjusted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Photo Submissions

Photos submitted through our website or messaging are used solely for providing estimates and are not shared with third parties.

Liability & Insurance
D’s Junk & Brush Removal carries commercial auto insurance and is in the process of obtaining general liability insurance. We take reasonable care during all removal services.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural weaknesses, hidden hazards, or items not disclosed prior to service.

Any claims related to property damage must be reported at the time of service or within 24 hours of completion. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where required by law.
